Family Reunion

What's a family reunion with out yummy food, games, and people you love?!? This was the first time in several years that we were all able to be together as a family. Mat lives in Arizona, and is only able to come visit WA a couple times a year if we are lucky! Michelle and Brian have lived on the East Coast for the past several years and me and the kids have also lived out of Vancouver. So it was awesome that we were all able to enjoy this special day together!

We played an incredibly fun game of duck duck goose. I never realized how much fun this game still is!! I'd play it with my kids any day!

Uncle Mat came to town!!

Uncle Mat came for a visit from Arizona!! We went to Seaside OR with him one of the days he was here. We had a lot of fun playing in the water and in the sand with him. It was a little chilly and windy but it was fun!!


We had to go to the hat store. Trenten had a blast trying on all the different hats.

Sara and Brian's wedding

Sara and Brian got married. I'm so excited and happy for them. They make an adorable, happy couple. I'm so glad I was able to share this special day with them, they have both been very good friends to me and I'm going to miss them both when they move.

Sara's Bridal Shower

So Sara is getting married!! Rachel, Kami, Karina and I drove to Hood River for her bridal shower and we had a really fun time. Too bad these girl times don't happen enough! I'm so happy for Sara and Brian, I love them both and I'm so excited for them to be able to share their lives together forever!!! Rachel got married, Sara is getting married, so we decided Karina is getting married next.next.

Swimming with the kids

The kids and I took every opportunity we had to play in our pool this summer. We were fortunate to have a lot of hot days!! I'm so glad my kids love swimming!!

YSA Concert

I went to the YSA Conference in Portland this summer. They had a band playing and it was a lot of fun. I don't remember the bands name lol, but they were a bluegrass kind of band and were pretty good. So here are a few pics I took from the concert.

Camping

Camping is one of our favorite things to do in the summer time. We drove to a place that wasn't too far away from where we live, just up past Washugal. We had a good time, and the kids slept well that night!
