Merry Christmas everyone!!! My kids were at their dad's this year for Christmas Eve, so they weren't with me when they woke up. But as soon as they got dropped off they were sooo ready to open more presents, and I was anxious to watch them. I LOVE being a parent and buying presents for my kids and watching them open them with excitement. I know presents aren't what Christmas is about, but the feeling of giving and knowing that I'm making my kids happy, even with just a little gifts, makes me feel good. Here's a few of the photos that I took Christmas morning.
The kids were already on a sugar high when they got to my house, and on top of that full of Christmas morning excitement!!
We had a secret santa drop a package off at our door, it was the bird from the movie UP the kids loved it!
Trenten so excited to open presents.
This picture makes me smile every time I see it! I don't think Trenten was happy at all about his present?! He was so excited his face even turned red lol!
Melissa LOVES her doll!
Melissa showing off some of her makeup so couldn't wait to put on. She refused to open the rest of her presents before she put some on!
Trenten was so excited about his new hunting game!
Grandma was able to stop by Christmas morning. The kids were so excited and love their grandma so much!
You can't have Christmas without a yummy Dinner including Turkey, mashed potatoes, veggies, and sweet potatoes!
My kids and I had a very special Christmas together!

Candlelite dinner for two
So I thought it would be fun to let the kids have a nice dinner on the end table. They thought it was such a great idea. They really played their parts well!
And the date begins..... CHEERS!
I thought this picture was soooo funny. I have NO idea why Melissa brought her cell phone to the table for dinner. This just proves that things don't change when you get older.
The date must have gone sour, I don't think they were interested lol....
I sure love my kids, and I'm so glad they love each other so much!

Christmas at Grandpa's
My family got together a little before Christmas this year because that was when we were all able to get together. I love being close to my family so we can get together often, I sure love my family!! This year was special because Michelle and her family were able to join us since they were living in Vancouver temporarily, and because Grandpa was about to open a very special present from Ruth and Mike. This present was going to tell all of us if they were going to have a boy of girl. We were so excited!!
But first, the kids had to have some play time with aunt sara! :)
Grandpa is about to open the best gift this Christmas!
And they are having...... A GIRL!!! :)
Proud, excited, happy parents!!
I didn't really get any good pics this year, I didn't even take these lol, you can see me in the background. But I just had to post this even though it's blurry, Melissa is so excited and just too darn cute!
Trenten opening his presents! I love his handsome smile!
Some of the family. Logan is already wearing his new snow boots from Grandpa!

Trenten and Melissa's Preschool Christmas Program
Trenten and Melissa went to a Christian Preschool and they had a Christmas program all the kids were able to participate in! It was so cute and they all good a great job. Melissa didn't have as many songs to sing as Trenten did, probably because they were a bit younger. They did a great job and I'm so proud of my little ones!
Trenten looked so handsome all dressed up!
This is all of the 4-5 year old kids
This is Melissa's class. I think she was a little nervous.
Silly girl had her finger in her mouth most of the time, she did sing but she seemed a little shy and tried to hide herself a bit. She did so good though and looks absolutely beautiful!!
I'm a proud mommy with my good-looking kids!
